The American Heart Association (AHA) verbiage on the Welch's Purple 100% Grape Juice label states "for healthy people over age two.” Why is that?

The AHA has created its Food Certification Program to help consumers identify heart-healthy foods – so you can be confident that Welch's Purple 100% Grape Juice products displaying the heart-check mark are certified by the AHA and have no saturated fat or cholesterol. Through this program, the AHA recommends foods for people over two years old because children under this age shouldn’t be consuming too many low-fat foods. They actually need fat in their diet to help with proper growth and brain development.
