Welch's Introduces Orange Pineapple Juice In New Size And Packaging
Concord, MA, June 7, 2001
As Welch's second best-selling flavor in its single-serve portfolio, Orange Pineapple has already caught consumers' attention. Now, with the introduction of Orange Pineapple juice drink in 16-ounce glass and plastic bottles, the popular flavor is expected to make an even bigger splash. Currently, Orange Pineapple is available in 10-ounce glass bottles and 11.5-ounce cans.
The addition of Orange Pineapple in its 'on-the-go' size increases Welch's single-serve 16-ounce plastic and glass offerings and marketplace penetration. The new packaging can be found in the vending and convenience store channels.
"Welch's has always been known for great quality, flavor and value. Now we're also adding more variety to our line," said Kim Gendron, Welch's marketing manager, Single Serve.
