I joined Welch's about 10 months ago after 11 years with a large energy company. From my first interview at Welch's corporate office in Concord, Massachusetts to the present day, I've been really impressed with the people at Welch's. Across different functions in the organization I have met some of the brightest, passionate, and most enthusiastic people that I have encountered in my career. This track record of innovation showed me that embedded within Welch's is an entrepreneurial spirit, and this makes Welch's an exciting, dynamic, and fun place to work.
