Lead Programmer/Analyst

Scope
This position requires thorough functional and technical knowledge of Demantra Promotion Planning and DSM modules as well as advanced systems and programming concepts and techniques.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead programmer analyst work under deadlines and are subject to extreme workloads.
- Controls the concurrent development of at least one major project and 1-3 minor projects.
- Responsible for projects with a cost range of $5,000 and $500,000.
- Position requires little supervision and has significant authority for selecting the design and programming approach for a given project.
Job Requirements/Skills
- Requires BS Degree- Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 7-9 Years Experience in Information Technology including 2-4 years as a Sr. programmer analyst and implementer of complex information systems.
- Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing at least one large project.
- Requires excellent analytical, technical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- They must be competent at the highest technical programming and system design level.
- Other core skills must include: SQL/PLSQL, Demantra Workflow, Business Modeler and a development tool such as TOAD.
- Microsoft Visio and/or Microsoft Projects
- Serena Version Control (PVCS)
- ITG Change Manager (Kintana)
- Unix
- Java, XML
- Knowledge of Oracle Trade Management and ASCP
