Springtime Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cans (11.5 ounces each) Welch’s Frozen Concentrated 100% White Grape Juice, thawed and undiluted
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 bottles Champagne (750 ml each)
  • Ice ring
  • Strawberry slices (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and cinnamon stick and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Strain the chilled cinnamon mixture and combine with the thawed concentrated grape juice and lime juice.
  3. Pour the grape mixture into a chilled non-metal punch bowl. Add the ice ring and the Champagne. Garnish with the strawberry slices and serve immediately.
  4. Makes 20 servings approximately 4 ounces each
