Springtime Punch
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cans (11.5 ounces each) Welch’s Frozen Concentrated 100% White Grape Juice, thawed and undiluted
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 bottles Champagne (750 ml each)
- Ice ring
- Strawberry slices (optional)
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine water and cinnamon stick and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Strain the chilled cinnamon mixture and combine with the thawed concentrated grape juice and lime juice.
- Pour the grape mixture into a chilled non-metal punch bowl. Add the ice ring and the Champagne. Garnish with the strawberry slices and serve immediately.
- Makes 20 servings approximately 4 ounces each
