PB&J Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Skippy® Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Welch's® Natural Concord Grape or Strawberry Spread
  • 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
  • 8 ounces whole grain spaghetti, cooked, drained and rinsed with cold water
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Microwave Peanut Butter with Welch's® Natural Spread in large microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 30 seconds; whisk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
