Sautéed Swiss Chard with Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch of washed and chopped fresh Swiss chard leaves. Use a salad spinner to dry if needed
- 3 tablespoons Welch's white grape juice
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in skillet with garlic.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add Swiss chard and cook for 1 minute.
- Add grape juice, salt and pepper flakes.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes or until stalks are tender.
- Add fresh ground pepper.
- Remove from heat. Serve.
