Waffles with Blueberry-Maple Sauce and Vanilla Bean Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 whole-grain lowfat frozen waffles [used Eggos]
- 1 cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice made with concord grapes
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Cabot Vanilla Bean Lowfat Greek-Style Yogurt
Preparation
- Heat waffles in oven or toaster.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet over high heat, bring grape juice to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add blueberries and syrup and continue cooking until reduced and bubbling thickly, about 4 minutes longer.
- Spoon sauce over waffles and top with yogurt.
