  • Any two (2) participating Welch’s Jams, Jellies or Spreads between June 15, 2011 and September 30, 2011. Participating Welch’s Jams, Jellies and Spreads are as follows: 32oz Grape Jam/Jelly, 32oz Strawberry, 22oz Grape Jam/Jelly, 22oz Strawberry/Raspberry, 18oz Grape Jam/Jelly, 27oz or 19.8oz Grape and Strawberry Natural Spreads, and 18oz Grape Preserves.

  • www.welchs.com between June 15, 2011 and September 30, 2011 and follow the directions provided to print out the offer form.

Send:

  • Original register receipt(s) dated between June 15, 2011 and September 30, 2011 with eligible purchases circled, completed offer form hand written with your first and last name, address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone (area code included) and email address (optional), then;

Offer Conditions: Applicable products can be purchased in separate transactions, but must be mailed together in the same envelope. All offer requests must be received by October 15, 2011. Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery following receipt of all required offer documentation. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of recipients. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for the loss or damage of sandwich keepers in transit. Welch’s, Marketing Drive LLC, and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate or postage-due mail, receipts, offer forms or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer; including, without limitation, errors or problems due to electronic or technology systems or equipment. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the offer.
