Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) large flake oats
  • 2 cups (500 mL) milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) all-natural peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup (150 mL) plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Welch’s Chia Concord Grape Jelly

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, milk, honey and salt; cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Stir peanut butter into oat mixture until well incorporated.
  2. In 6 parfait glasses, layer half the oat mixture, yogurt and grape jelly; repeat layers once.

 

Tip: Substitute any non-dairy beverage for milk.
