Peanut Butter and Jam Muffins
Kids will love these Peanut Butter Muffins bursting with sweet grape jam goodness. They are easy to grab, and each muffin packs 6 grams of protein!
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the peanut butter mixing until crumbly. Add the milk, egg and oil and mix until just blended.
- Spoon the batter into 12 muffin cups lined with muffin wrappers. Using a squeeze bottle filled with Welch's Concord Grape Jam, squirt 1-tsp of jam. Repeat with remaining muffins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 – 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature.
