Ingredients

  • 1 cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit chopped, such as strawberries, kiwis, pineapple and mango

Preparation

  1. Mix grape juice and chia seeds in a 4-cup glass measure. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, until mixture has thickened.
  2. Divide evenly among 4 serving bowls. Top with fruit.
